Pack & Send we’re amazing at dealing with my unusual request and difficult deadline- they excelled at packing a birthday cake I bought and getting it to Carnarvon the next day for the birthday celebration . Mandy arranged it all with great calm and knowledge - found the right packaging & confirmed it could be done . I was very impressed with their attention to detail - even tracking the parcels journey & calling me when the parcel could not be delivered as they weren’t home & organised redelivery of the parcel when they were! The cake arrived on the day intact and ready for the celebration .Thank you Mandy & Team at Pack & Send West Perth - I’ll be back next time I need a parcel to go!

He made sure all our boxes were well secured. He explained all the information we needed to know clearly. He was also very patient with us as it was our first time moving boxes across the Tasman. Due to Covid pandemic, all the work places running behind. I had to send my passport documents to Canberra and returned to Perth in urgent. I talked Australian post and they advised that the documents take minimum 10 working days to send and return. As I need with in a week, I called Pack and send in Balcata and asked for help. The store manager (Mark) gave me the hope and I gave my documents to him to send and return back. He used Startrac express service and time to time traced the documents . Whenever he found documents not moving or not delivering he called or emailed them . I got my documents on time because of his great service otherwise I would miss my flight. I am really happy and grateful for his service.

Due to virus fears the cruise line tossed all passengers off the ship in Australia and sent them to their home countries. We had a lot of luggage and could not fly it to New York City. I was able to find and reach out to PACK&SEND where Ray Wilson set up every part of the shipping process for us. When we were notified to its arrival we found our luggage pallet intact and our luggage in its original condition. Shipping does take some time so we learned to be more patient.
